Karen Ross
Karen is a transformational coach, experienced trainer and facilitator of change. As well as coaching, she specialises in advising organisations on effective performance management practices, and designs and delivers skills training in a range of areas.
Karen is a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, with a Business Management degree from Waikato University. She lived and worked in continental Europe for five years, working as an internal and external HR consultant and trainer for KPMG International, the second largest professional service firm in the world.
Her experience ranges from working with individuals at all levels, from coaching new-comers to advising Senior Partners, to advising on performance management strategy and activities including country-specific implementations of systems and the development of regional benchmarks and policies, through to designing and delivering global training programmes.
Karen embraces cultural and individual differences and relishes working with people from all walks of life. She has coached and trained people from numerous countries, spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Japan and the Caribbean. She uses best practice and her experience to tailor solutions that fit an organisation's needs and culture.
An Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom, Karen is also a Chartered Health Practitioner (NZCHP) and a member of the New Zealand Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NZANLP).
